How to download a clip from a Highlight

1. Open the creator's profile in the TikTok app and tap the Highlight you want.
2. Tap the individual clip so it plays on its own.
3. Tap Share, then Copy Link.
4. Paste the link above and click Download.

Why there is no "download the whole Highlight" button

A Highlight is a container, not a single piece of media, and TikTok does not publish a link for the container itself. Highlights also appear only in the mobile app — open the same profile on the TikTok website and there is no Highlights section at all. That means no tool can pull an entire Highlight in one click, whatever it claims on its homepage. Saving the clips one at a time is the honest answer, and it is what this page does.

Highlights and Stories are the same media

Every clip in a Highlight started life as a Story. The only difference is how long it lives: a Story disappears after 24 hours, while adding it to a Highlight keeps it on the profile indefinitely. If the clip you want is still showing as a live Story, it downloads exactly the same way.

How to add Highlights to your own profile

Post a Story, tap the three dots on it, and choose Add to Highlights, then either create a category or add it to one you already have. You can edit the clips inside a category later, but existing categories cannot be reordered — so if the order matters, create your most important category last. The feature rolled out in stages, so it may not have reached your account yet.
