What resolution will I get?

Up to 1080p when the creator uploaded in HD. One honest caveat: the download can never exceed the resolution the creator uploaded. An old or low-res video can only be saved at its original resolution — an "upscaled" copy would just be a bigger blur. The exact file size appears on each button before you download, so there are no surprises. When TikTok serves a separate, genuinely smaller file, you'll also see a "Smaller File" option for saving storage space.

HD and watermark-free are the same download

They aren't two separate options. We access the original video source before TikTok applies the watermark overlay, and that same original is the highest-quality file available — so the clean copy is also the HD copy. No logos, no username overlays, no quality loss.
