What about HD quality?

The no-watermark download is also the highest-quality file TikTok serves for that video — up to 1080p when the creator uploaded in HD. One honest caveat: the download can never exceed the resolution the creator uploaded. An old or low-res video can only be saved at its original resolution — an "upscaled" copy would just be a bigger blur. When TikTok serves a separate, genuinely smaller file, you'll also see a "Smaller File" option for saving storage space.
